EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY: We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all jewelry created by Little Rooms. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. We cannot be responsible for any damages to due wear, negligence, modification, or misuse. Any product that has been USED by the buyer is not exchangeable or returnable. If a product is found to have a manufacturer's defect and has not been worn by the buyer, we will replace it at no cost. If you wish to have a product replaced, please return it to us in unused conditions in it's original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order. All exchange shipments must be prepaid by the buyer and properly packed with the necessary cushioning to prevent damages in transit. We are not a mass manufacturer, so every piece is made to order. We are unable to accept returns by refunding credit card charges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for full credit towards the websites (minus shipping charges) or exchange it for a piece of equal value. We will gladly accept exchanges for rings if you need a different size than the one you initially ordered. Again, all exchange shipments must be prepaid by the buyer and properly packed with the necessary cushioning to prevent damages in transit. Please email us to receive instructions on where to send exchange shipments. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer's defect. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, please follow the guidelines of our exchange policy above.
CANCELLING AN ORDER: Since all of our pieces are made to order, any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
